Hybrid Bearing are consist with inner and outer ring material bearing steel &stainless steel ,and inner ball with ceramic ZR02 or Si3N4  and we are alway produce with PA66 retainer .

Features:
(1) The temperature resistance is high, the thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic ball is small, and the bearing ball will not expand due to temperature in a high temperature environment, which greatly increases the use temperature of the entire bearing. The temperature of the ordinary bearing is about 160 degrees. Can reach 220 degrees or more.

(2) The speed is high, ceramic balls have oil-free self-lubricating properties, and the friction coefficient of ceramic balls is small, so ceramic ball bearings have a high speed. Bearings using ceramic balls are more than 1.5 times the speed of general bearings.

(3). The service life is long, and the ceramic ball can be added without any grease, that is to say, even if the grease dries out, the bearing can still operate, so as to avoid the occurrence of premature bearing damage caused by the grease drying out in ordinary bearings. According to us Testing and feedback from some customers, the service life of bearings after using ceramic balls is 2-3 times that of ordinary bearings.

(4) The last and most important point is insulation. Bearings with ceramic balls can insulate the inner and outer rings of the bearing, because ceramic balls are insulators, and ceramic balls can be used between the inner and outer rings of the bearing to achieve insulation. In this way, the bearing can be used in a conductive environment.
