What Is High Temperature Bearing?

Bearings which can operating at temperature higher than 120°C are  is called high temperature bearings.

High-temperature bearings are with bearing rings and rolling elements are tempered at high temperature, the working temperature can reach 150 ° ~ 350 ° ,but the hardness of the bearing is reduced.

Imported high temperature bearings can reach a maximum of 980°. High-temperature bearings are mainly used in aviation jet engines, nuclear reactors, X-ray tubes, semiconductor component manufacturing equipment and various melting plating equipment.

Temperature  can effect  high temperature bearing working life

When the working temperature of the high-temperature bearing exceeds 120℃, the bearing parts will lose the original dimensional stability. Therefore, for the bearing whose working temperature is higher than 120℃, special requirements can be made to HRB company and the bearing with special heat treatment can be selected.
