1. Remove the skate bearing from the roller skates and scrub the outer layer of the wheel.

2. Remove the bearing from the skate roller shoes. One wheel will be fitted with two bearings and a bushing.

3. Use a tool to disassemble the cover. Be careful ,not to use excessive force to prevent the cover from deforming.

4. Wash the bearing in a bearing wash bottle, shake for 15 seconds, then let stand for 3 minutes to allow the debris to settle.

5. Remove the bearing, air dry, add lubricant, and reassemble all parts.
