Bearings Clearance
Bearing clearance is the clearance between the rolling elements of the bearing and the inner and outer ring housings of the bearing. The so-called bearing clearance refers to the amount of movement when the bearing is not installed on the shaft or the bearing box, and one of the inner ring or the outer ring is fixed, and then the unfixed bearing is moved radially or axially. . According to the moving direction, it can be divided into radial clearance and axial clearance. The size of the running clearance (called the working clearance) has an effect on the rolling fatigue life, temperature rise, noise, vibration and other properties of the bearing.
The clearance values are divided into three groups based on size. One group is the basic group (C0)), the small clearance group (C2), and the large clearance group (C3, C4). Japanese NSK, NTN and other brands also have a special CM group (motor-specific clearance), ZZ BEARING can also customize large clearance bearings according to customer requirements, such as bearing with clearance at 150um-230um.
For bearing use for high temperature always need with large bearing clearance ,if you have any requirements, please contact at info@bearings-factory.com.
