    High-temperature bearings are bearing which used in high-temperature environments. There are a variety of high-temperature bearings,  According to the structure and process,there are  ordinary high temperature bearings and special high temperature bearings.

    High-temperature bearings cane be work in high-temperature work machines such as metallurgy, kiln, glass, blast furnace, painting equipment, etc. Among them, the difference between high-temperature bearings and ordinary bearings is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:

    1. The bearing parts are made of bearing steel and tempered at high temperature. Then, type selection is performed according to code JB/T 2974.

    2. The bearing parts are made of heat resistant steel. According to JB/T 2974, Cr4Mo4V, Cr14Mo4, Cr15Mo4V are selected.

    The materials selected for high temperature bearings also have certain requirements. The steel has sufficient high temperature hardness, high temperature wear resistance, high temperature contact fatigue strength, oxidation resistance and high temperature dimensional stability.

    There are three main types of high temperature bearing steels used:

    1.Cr4Mo4V steel is a heat-resistant bearing steel with excellent performance. It has high hardness and fatigue life in high temperature environment. It is mainly used in aeroengines. It can maintain long-term working condition at 315 °C, and can be short at 430 °C. Time use:

    2. Cr15Mo4 steel has high hardness and corrosion resistance in the range of 260-280 degree . Can be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant bearings with an operating temperature of 480 degree, It is mainly used in jet engines and missiles.
