Turntable Bearing
Introduction:
The turntable bearing and slewing rings are able to suit axial, radial and moment loads, and instead of being mounted on a shaft, they can be directly mounted onto the seat surface. There are mounting holes in the inner and outer rings, and internal and external gears are also included. We have several types of this kind of products for customers worldwide: our single-row slewing rings and turntable bearings have a single row of balls, a standard bearing raceway, and four contact points between the balls and raceway; our double-row products possess two rows of ball bearings, two raceways, and eight contact points between every ball and raceway; meanwhile slewing rings and turntable rings with three independent rows of rollers are also available. Cross rollers have a single row of rollers with alternating axes, and the adjacent rollers are at the right angles to one another. And the slewing rings and turntable bearings with a single row of balls and a single row of rollers are capable of being applied in small radial runout and high thrust roads. Typically, inserted raceways, made of wire, are able to use a ball or a roller to act as the contact point.
The physical dimensions and operating specifications vary from one slewing ring and turntable bearing to another slewing ring and turntable bearing, and the bore sizes, outer diameters and overall widths are the key physical dimensions to take into consideration. The metric bores are measured in millimeters and their dimensions range from 10mm to 100mm. The 00, 01, 02 and 03 in the bore sizes respectively represent 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 17mm. And for 04 and numbers bigger than 04, the bore diameters can be obtained by multiplying the number by 5. Slewing rings and turntable bearings are measured in inches. And the external diameters of flanged bearings are not inclusive of the flange size, but the overall widths are inclusive of the locking collar size. For operating specifications, the specifications of static axial or thrust load, static radial load and moment load are the most important target measurement elements, and these specifications are in pounds (lbs) or feet-pounds (ft-lbs).
The slewing rings and turntable bearings can be used in a wide range of applications. Some of them are applicable for foundry shakeout tables, palletizers, wire winders, cable reels, welding tables and turntable applications with intermittent rotation and low velocity. Others can work together with hoists, truck-mounted cranes, industrials tables and positioners. High-performance slewing rings and turntable bearings are capable of repeatability in accurate positioning and stopping.
Besides, slewing rings and turntable bearings, typically used for worm drive rotation system, are also available.
