Slewing Ring Bearing Production Line
 
There are two production lines for customers worldwide in TallKee. One is to process small and middle slewing ring bearing, its diameter is less than 2.5 m and the other one is to make big and heavy slewing ring bearings with the diameters between 2.5 m and 6 m.
TallKeeis capable to make 50 modules gears with the diameter of up to six meters by our gear hobbing machine. With large equipments such as CNC vertical lathes (the max. processing diameter: 8 m), landing Boring Machine, and together with torque testing laboratories and other ancillary testing equipments, we can effectively ensure the massive production and the serialization of our products.
