Four-Row Tapered Roller Bearing

Description:
Four-row tapered roller bearings are used to harness great radial load and widely applied in the roll neck areas of rolling mill equipment. They are compact and work with high efficiency.

Slewing Bearing Storage
1. The slewing ring bearings are all oiled and packed before delivery and they can be intact for 6 month. The raceway of unused bearings should be lubricated every 12 months. Unused slewing bearings should be repacked for anti-rusting every 6 months
2. Bearing Packing Step:
(1) Take out the slewing bearing from the wooden box.
(2) Unload it layer by layer from the outmost layer and handle the sealing system with care when you are unpacking the bearing.
(3) Erase the residual oil on the surface after filling the raceway with grease, then oil it and pack it.
(4) The chlorine-containing solvent is prohibited to use. Prevent the solvent entering into raceway when you are cleaning the oil.
(5) Clear the outer surface after cleaning the oil, and then coat it with anti-rusting grease (F20-1) or industrial Vaseline (SY1607-77).
(6) Repack the bearing and put it into the wooden box again. You are supposed to set the asphalt on the inner side wall of the wooden box in case of being damped by rain. After sealing up with oil and packing, if you have no wooden boxes, pile up the bearings.
Attention: When they are piled up, put at least three wooden blocks with the same height between two bearings along the circle. The blocks of different layers should be in line at the vertical direction.
3. Put the bearings in dry and flat place. Keep the water tubes and steam tubes away to avoid rusting.
